We require a $10 dollar deposit on all piñata orders. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the final cost of your order. If for some reason you have to cancel your order, you will not be required to pay for the final cost, however your deposit will not be refunded.

If your request is something we are able to create, you will receive an acknowledgement invoice with the total noted. You are only required to pay the $10, non-refundable, deposit. Once the deposit is received your order goes into production stages.

 
You the customer will agree to hold blameless the Custom piñata creator, Cool Party Elements Inc., and it’s employees, officials and principals and expressly releases it from all liability from damage caused to persons or property for any cause whatsoever. Customer shall indemnify Cool Party Elements Inc. against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim or injury, damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees.
