We require a $50 deposit for all custom orders, payable via Paypal. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the final cost of your order. If for some reason you have to cancel your order, you will not be required to pay for the final cost, however your deposit will not be refunded. 

 

We do not have any party products pre-made for sale. Every cool creation is custom made to order from start to finish. The images you see on our website are that of past custom orders we have created for our cool customers.

We are able to accept a very limited number of custom orders per year. If you are thinking of ordering, submit your request early ( the earlier, the better). Required minimum eight weeks notice before your event. Rush fees may apply if order is submitted after the required eight weeks.
